Everything is on this page: how a number's price is worked out, what a device costs, what the monthly subscription buys and what happens if the payments stop. Nobody has to be phoned to find out.
The price of a number
The shape of the number sets the price
Every number is three letters and three digits: ABC123. The base price is the same for everyone. After that it is shape: the rarer the letters, the larger the multiplier, and the same again for the digits. Nothing else is added — which is why you can work out any number's price yourself.

What makes letters expensive
The list holds 92 words people know, 20 of them status words — VIP, CEO, UZB and the like. Anything not on the list is judged on shape alone.

What makes digits expensive
There is no list on this side, only shape. 777 is three of the same digit, 123 runs in order, 121 is a palindrome, 007 has two leading zeros.

Tiers
Once the two multipliers are multiplied together, a number lands in one of five tiers. The tier does not change the price — it follows from it.
- Common
- No pattern on either side.
- Rare
- One weak pattern on one side — a palindrome or something like it.
- Epic
- A strong pattern on one side: a word people know, or digits in a row.
- Legendary
- A strong pattern on both sides.
- Genesis
- Both sides at their strongest. Very few are left.

Combinations that are not for sale
Some letter combinations are not sold at any price: the abbreviations of state bodies, obscenities and sacred names. Such a number looks in the search exactly like a number that does not exist, and it cannot be taken.
What a device costs
The device is paid for separately. A number is expensive because it is scarce; a device is expensive because it was manufactured. Fold them into one price and the owner of a rare number would be paying more for the same piece of steel.

Subscription
What the monthly payment is for
The number is bought once and stays yours. The subscription is for the profile being open every day, the statistics being collected and the contacts being kept. They are paid for separately because they are separate things: a number is issued once, a server costs money every month.

A year up front is 490 000 so'm — twelve months for the price of 10.
A company
Numbers bought for staff are 29 000 so'm a month per seat, 5 seats minimum. One invoice, one payment. Somebody leaves and the number stays with the company.
A venue — cafe, hotel, shop
A venue pays by how many points it has. A point is a table, a room, a door or a chair. The menu, the call button, the QR and the NFC are in the price.

If the subscription lapses
Everybody asks this one silently, so the answer stands here.
- The profile still opens — a tap on the card brings up the same page.
- Editing closes: the profile falls back to the ordinary plan.
- The number stays yours and nothing is deleted.
- The day the payment resumes, everything is where it was.
