Terms of use

Last updated

This page sets out the rules for using a Flex handle and profile. The terms of sale — price, payment, delivery and returns — are in a separate document, the public offer. In short: the handle stays yours, the profile keeps opening without a subscription, and what stands on the profile is yours to decide and yours to answer for.

The original of this document is drawn up in Uzbek. The Russian and English versions are provided for convenience; in the event of a discrepancy the Uzbek text governs.

01What these terms cover

These terms cover the use of the service "MC LEGAL" AB provides: the handle, the profile and the devices that carry them. Using the site and the profile counts as agreement to them.

The terms of purchase are not here: price, payment, delivery and returns are written in the public offer.

02The handle and the profile

A handle is three letters and three digits — FLX007, say. It opens your profile at flex-nfc.uz/FLX007.

The handle is assigned to you the moment payment is confirmed and stays yours — it is never deleted. If the device is lost the handle is still yours: the same handle is written onto a new one.

03Subscription and plans

The handle and the device are paid for once. Keeping the profile running is paid for separately: 49 000 so'm a month or 490 000 so'm a year.

The profile works without a subscription. What each plan carries is set out in full on the pricing page.

If the subscription stops, the profile returns to the standard plan. Nothing is deleted.

04Passing a handle to somebody else

The owner may pass a handle on at any time, from the cabinet, using the recipient's email address. On transfer the profile's contents — name, bio, links, posts, followers — are cleared and do not go to the new owner.

05Combinations that are not sold

Some letter combinations are not sold. They get no different an answer from a handle that does not exist: the site says there is no such handle.

The list itself is not published. Printing it would hand a ready-made list to the person searching for exactly those words.

06What stands on a profile

What stands on a profile is decided by its owner: name, bio, links, services and prices. The owner answers for whether they are true.

Material that breaks the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan or another person's rights may be removed from a profile.

07Changes to these terms

If the terms on this page change, the date at the top of the page is updated. The text in force is the text standing on this page.
