This page explains what Flex collects, why, and who can see it. In short: the profile is a public page and what stands on it is yours to decide; everything else is the least that the service needs in order to work.
The original of this document is drawn up in Uzbek. The Russian and English versions are provided for convenience; in the event of a discrepancy the Uzbek text governs.
01What is collected
For the account: your phone number or email address. They are what signing in and attaching an order to you need.
For the profile: name, bio, links, services and an image. You enter these and you change them.
For an order: the delivery address and a contact number.
From the business enquiry form: company name, name, phone, number of points and a note. The form sends only the fields you filled in.
Visits to a profile are counted. On the paid plan that statistic is shown to the profile's owner.
If you leave a contact on a profile, the name and phone you wrote are shown to the profile's owner and can be exported by them. This is kept only when you left it yourself.
02A profile is a public page
The profile a handle opens is a public, indexable page. Anybody sees everything standing on it, so put only what you want shown there.
The phone number can be hidden, leaving only a message or Telegram button.
03Why it is needed
What is collected is used only to provide the service: signing in, delivering an order, working out the subscription and showing the profile.
Data is not sold and is not passed to third parties for advertising.
06Keeping and deleting
Profile data is kept until you change or delete it. The profile can be deleted at any time.
When a handle is passed to somebody else the profile's data is cleared and does not go to the new owner.
Order and payment records are kept for the period the law requires.
07Getting in touch
With a question about your data, or a request to delete it, write to the addresses on the contact page. Each is looked at within a working day.
