Child safety

These rules cover the Flex site, profiles, posts, comments, media and anything written in the cabinet.

Sexual content, grooming or blackmail involving anyone under 18 is outside the service.

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sharing it, asking for it, describing it or linking to it is banned.

Hiding age, sexual approaches to minors and forcing personal data out of them sit here too.

Write to flexnfc@gmail.com or call +998 97 724 79 99. A URL, a number, a time and what you saw is enough. You do not have to gather evidence.

These messages go to the front of the queue. The aim is the same working day; overnight mail is read in the morning.

The content is hidden or deleted and the account may be stopped. Where the law requires it, we hand it to law enforcement.

A report, a filter and a person reading it. In a serious case there is no warning — it closes at once.

An official request arrives at the company mailbox. The answer is whatever the law allows, for that request.

The report text, the URL and the session log are kept for the review. Everything else follows the privacy policy.

A false report, or one sent to harass, is itself a breach. Repeat it and the account closes.
